Dinner Summer / BBQ

Basic BBQ (From 20 people upwards including a chef to supervise the BBQ. Under 20 persons
optional with cook)
An assortment of hamburgers, BBQ sausages, chicken skewers and marinated bacon. We also serve two cold sauces, hot satay sauce, fresh fruit salad, two fresh raw vegetable salads, potato salad and French bread with herb butter.
Roovertsche Leij BBQ (Standard includes chef supervising the BBQ)
An assortment of beef burgers, chicken breast satay skewers, marinated steak skewers, marinated spare ribs and prawns in garlic. We also serve two cold sauces, hot satay sauce, fresh fruit salad, two fresh raw vegetable salads, potato salad, pasta salad and baguette with herb butter.
OFYR BBQ (Standard includes chef supervising the BBQ)
A special package using an OFYR BBQ, with dishes prepared one course at a time. We use a selection of ingredients from the immediate area, such as prawns in garlic, chicken thigh satay, beef bavette, beef burger and Burgundy rib. With each course, we serve matching sauces and salads, together with bread and herb butter.
Children (up to 12 years) (Standard includes chef supervising the BBQ)
Children up to this age can join the chosen BBQ package for half price.

Dinner Winter

Stew buffet:
Péejstamp (stew), sauerkraut stew, stew, bacon, fresh sausage, mustard, piccalilli.
Grill dinner at the table:
In courses, we serve at the table prawns in garlic, chicken breast satay skewer, fresh sausage and marinated bacon. In addition, we place on the table two cold sauces, hot satay sauce, fresh fruit salad, two fresh raw vegetable salads, potato salad, pasta salad and baguette with herb butter.

In consultation with you, we select three different starters, three different main courses and two different desserts (or a cup of coffee/tea with two chocolates) from our menu. On the reserved day itself, we will ask your guests for their choice.

You start with extensive regional platters, filled with a varied assortment of hot and cold regional products, accompanied by bread and spreads, to share with your company. Then, in consultation with you, we select three different main dishes and two different desserts (or a cup of coffee/tea with two chocolates) from our menu. Special package using an OFYR BBQ where the dishes are prepared per course. We use a selection of ingredients from the local area, such as prawns in garlic, satay chicken thighs,

Beef bavette, Beef burger and Burgundy rib. This is accompanied by matching sauces and salads, bread and herb butter for each course.
Kids' BBQ (up to 12 years)
Hamburger, skewer of mini frikadells, sausage, fries, mayo
Snack festival (up to 12 years)
Mini bitterballen and chicken nuggets with fries, apple sauce and mayonnaise. With lemonade.

Lunch

Roovertsche Leij lunch
a cup of freshly prepared soup of the day, various filled mini sandwiches, mini sweet rolls, fruit and a beef croquette sandwich. Incl. coffee/tea/jus d'orange/water on the table.
Border guard sign:
sourdough bread, cheese, ham, egg salad, beef croquette, mustard.
Cup of soup
Seasonal soup with bread and butter.
Vidé
pastry tray, stew, elderberries.
Packed lunch to go
packet with ham sandwich, cheese sandwich, currant bun, fruit, bottle of water and candy bar.
