Independent working chef

Are you a passionate cook looking for a (new) challenge? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?

As an independent working chef at the Roovertsche Leij, you will be responsible for preparing our dishes. You will work with local suppliers and, during the game season, with game from the immediate vicinity. You are good at keeping an overview, work closely with your colleagues and are able to perform under pressure, for example during the busy summer months.

We are looking for:

• An independent working cook who is both creative and stress-resistant
• Someone who can collaborate and organise well
• Someone with experience working in a catering kitchen
• Passion for game, local ingredients and Brabant cuisine
• Willingness to work at a site with peak summer traffic levels
